a. V-Comp Pro GmbH is responsible for its own website contents in accordance with general laws.

b. V-Comp Pro GmbH is only responsible for external contents made available for use by the website to the extent that there is knowledge of these contents and there is a technical and reasonable possibility to prevent their use.

c. Any liability for external contents to which V-Comp Pro GmbH merely provides access is excluded. Any automatic and temporary provision of external contents due to a user request shall be deemed to be provision of access.
